The Hume Regional Alliance (HRA) Forum
The HRA Forum provides an interactive discussion platform for health professionals to share information, resources, online forums and workshops primarily in Victoria.
The Forum aligns with the objectives of the Australian National Strategy for Chronic Conditions and the Ovens Murray Primary Care Network.
The Aim of the HRA Forum
To develop a knowledge hub to support health services in developing consistent practice in the integration and delivery of for health care for Hume region community.
Provide a forum for collation of ideas and input, that can be shared professionals in the Hume Region.
Facilitate collaboration and networking, assist in client referrals both regional and across Victoria.
Provide a hub for finding resources and expertise, enable sharing of skills and knowledge between experienced healthcare professional users.
Members who register for the discussion forum are able to:
Participate in online discussions.
Share resources
Search the member database and find contacts.

The Forum will be monitored and maintained primarily by the Hume Regional Clinical Nurse Consultant - Chronic Conditions and the HRA team from Gateway Health.
While we welcome members from around Australia, please be aware that the content and discussions relate to Hume activities and initiatives in Victoria.
